Ryan Swalm

Justiceasy was founded by Ryan Swalm, a licensed Ontario paralegal with more than 15 years of experience focused on Highway Traffic Act and Provincial Offences defence.

Over the course of his career, Ryan has been involved in the defence of more than 25,000 charges, conducted more than 500 trials, successfully litigated hundreds of appeals, and accumulated over 10,000 hours of courtroom advocacy. This experience has provided an intimate understanding of courtroom procedures, prosecution practices, and the strategies that can make a difference when defending drivers.

Throughout his career, Ryan has developed an extensive network of experienced legal professionals, giving Justiceasy members access to trusted legal knowledge and support across Ontario.
